Introduction

A few years ago, we attended the Amsterdam Coffee Festival and were inspired to found **The Chocolate Shop**. Since then, we have won over fans in The Hague with single origin drinking chocolate, bars, homemade truffles and more.

The Amsterdam Coffee Festival, taking place from April 4-6, 2024, is an indispensable event for coffee connoisseurs, “urban foodies,” people working in the coffee scene and other interested parties. The festival offers artisan coffee and gourmet food stalls, tastings and demonstrations by world-class baristas, interactive workshops, street food, coffee cocktails, live music, art exhibits and much more

Preparation for the Workshop

This year we are excited to hold our workshop for the second time at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival. We look forward to sharing our passion for coffee and chocolate with festival visitors.

In partnership with Ief & Ido coffee roasters, we are preparing for a unique experience: a tasting combining the magic of single origin filter coffee with bean-to-bar chocolate. Preparations are in full swing for the dry-run scheduled for Sunday, March 17. We invite you to attend this dry-run and get a taste of what to expect during the workshop.

The Workshop

The workshop consists of combining three special filter coffees with two single origin chocolates each. This is not just another tasting, but an experience that stimulates the senses and takes participants on a journey through the world of flavors.

At The Chocolate Shop, we sell award-winning bars from the best international bean-to-bar chocolate makers. With this tasting we want to highlight the unique combination of coffee and chocolate. Hello flavor bomb!
