Bejofo Estate is located in the Sambirano Valley, in the northwest of Madagascar. Bejofo Estate has been producing world-famous aromatic cocoa since 1920. In addition to 300 tons per year of Madagascar Trinitario cocoa, a very limited production of Criollo cocoa (2 tons per year) is harvested separately.
The pink floral pepper used in the chocolate also comes from Madagascar.
Taste notes: floral notes of the pink pepper bridge the gap to the full-bodied fruity chocolate, with notes of citrus and red berries.
